Phiapa Group was created by three men: Abilio Costa, Pascal Gosselin and Philippe Ruby.

All three have acquired exceptional know-how and skills in creating events through their experience in working with the biggest names in the field and their participation in producing some of the major events of the past 15 years.

In December 2000, they get together to create Art Event, followed by Art-Cover, Décofil and finally Phiapa-Line : 4 companies which make up Phiapa Group.

The people working for Phiapa Group are all experienced professionals specialised in creating events.
